Agendas for Town Council meetings are prepared for each scheduled meeting by the Town Clerk and generally posted here by Thursday 5 p.m. preceding the scheduled meeting. If you wish to be placed on the printed agenda to address the Town Council, you may do so by contacting the Town Clerk by Tuesday noon preceding the scheduled meeting. Minutes of the meetings are available in the Town Clerk's Office after approval by the Town Council, and can be viewed by appointment. Please contact the Town Clerk at (919) 249-3303. About the Council
The Council represents Apex residents and works to
establish policies that are responsive to residents’ needs and wishes,
and that affect the overall operation of the community as a whole.
Council members and residents count on the manager and his staff to
provide complete and objective information about local operations,
discuss the pros and cons of alternatives, and offer an assessment of
the long-term consequences of their decisions.
