The location and design of Public Safety Station #5 was selected to enhance community safety by providing a facility for the Apex Fire Department that will decrease response times to this area of Apex which is experiencing significant growth. In addition, the Apex Police Department’s Support Services, Community Policing and School Resource functions will be based in the station, providing enhanced outreach and interaction with our community.
