The Town of Apex works with contractors to perform a variety of services, including (but not limited to):

  • Appraisals
  • Utilities and Street Construction / Maintenance
  • Environmental Assessment
  • Surveying

The town issues magnets that will be displayed on contractor vehicles. Look for that magnet if you are unsure of the validity of the contractor who has approached your property.
